    My name is Fredericka Taylor but most people just call me Freddie. I grew up in New York State on Long Island..

    I became an Ulster County home owner in 1984 and a resident of Woodstock in 1990. Like many residents I started out as a weekender. I always dreamed of living in the Catskill Mountains full time. Now I am living my dream in the magnificent Catskill Mountains.and the Hudson Valley everyday!

    I owned a wholesale business in New York City for 17 years. It taught me excellent negotiating skills which I use every day in this business. I'm a great negotiator. My customers will all testify to that. Let me help make a great deal for you too.

    I cover the Counties of Sullivan, Ulster, Greene, Dutchess, Columbia, Orange, Delaware, Schoharie and beyond. I work in all price ranges. I am an expert at finding properties that offer privacy, wildlife and peace of mind in many price ranges, I am willing to work in all Townships and Counties all over New York State. I have sold as far away as Binghamton. I drive all over. I love to drive and I love the New York State scenery.

I am a member of the Ulster County Board of Realtors, the Ulster County Multiple Listing Service, the Sullivan County Multiple Listing Service, the National Association of Realtors and the New York State Association of Realtors.

    I also have the ABR designation which stands for Accredited Buyer's Representative. This is a national designation that qualifies me to represent the buyer's interest in transactions.

    I have a good sense of humor which is absolutely necessary in this business. I can always laugh at myself or at a situation with my clients which might otherwise produce stress for all involved. A good sense of humor is so important in dealing with life's unexpected surprises. Especially in Real Estate.
